Armstrong Young Ltd is a family run business, providing specialist dental services for over 30 years. Our reputation has been built on our extensive knowledge and our meticulous attention to detail. We are committed to providing an exceptional, yet personal service, creating trust and a harmonious working relationship with our clients.
Chris is our Technical Director specialising in dental surgery planning and design as well as equipment sales. With over 30 years experience working for Armstrong Young, Chris's technical expertise, inspirational design ideas and high standards ensure that we constantly deliver beyond our client's expectations.
Colleen has primarily worked in senior administrative roles for the insurance and finance industry in the City. She has played an important role over the last 11 years in developing the Armstrong Young business with Chris Young and is responsible for new surgery project management, customer services and administration.
Phil initially started his career with British Aerospace. He later moved into the dental industry and has specialised in this field for fifteen years. Phil has now been with Armstrong Young for over 10 years and is our Senior Dental Equipment Engineer and CAD surgery designer. Phil's IT expertise has proved to be an invaluable asset to Armstrong Young.
On 1st February 2010 Simon Gibson complemented our technical team as Field Service Engineer. Simon has acquired extensive technical knowledge over the last 11 years; carrying out surgery equipment installations, equipment repairs and servicing. Previous employers included Takara Belmont (UK) Ltd and Wright Cottrell & Co. Since February Simon has completed an extensive in-house training programme as well as training with A-dec, Durr and the Health Protection Agency. Simon has already proved to be an invaluable and extremely knowledgeable member of the technical team.

Roz has now been with the Armstrong Young team for over 4 years and is responsible for the management of the Armstrong Young accounts as well as customer service liaison. Roz previously enjoyed careers in the pharmaceutical industry as well as specialising in financial management within the education sector.
Elaine has had an extensive and diverse career primarily providing senior administrative/secretarial support to London based insurance and property companies. Elaine has worked closely with Colleen Young for over 2 years and is responsible for customer service liaison, new surgery project management and quality control.
